This Site is operated by AJ Collectibles LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an e-commerce store specializing in the sale of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including but not limited to sealed products, single cards, graded cards, accessories, and related collectibles (collectively, the "Products").

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company International. Pokémon and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Responsibility

4. Product Descriptions & Condition

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all Products, including condition, rarity, edition, and authenticity. However:

• Minor variations, print imperfections, centering issues, or factory defects are common in trading cards and are not considered defects.

• Images are for reference only unless explicitly stated that the exact card pictured is the card you will receive.

• Card condition assessments are subjective and provided in good faith.

All Products are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated.

5. Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

• Cancel orders placed due to incorrect pricing

• Refuse or limit quantities per customer

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, including market volatility and condition sensitivity:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted

• No cancellations after an order is placed

• No refunds due to buyer’s remorse, price fluctuations, grading results, or dissatisfaction with pulls from sealed products

By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any right to chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of proven fraud or failure to deliver.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

​

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Customs delays, duties, or import taxes for international orders

Shipping insurance, if offered, must be selected at checkout to be applicable.

8. Chargebacks, Fraud & Payment Disputes

​

Chargebacks and payment disputes are taken extremely seriously.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You will not file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason other than proven unauthorized use or non-delivery

• Dissatisfaction with card condition, market value changes, grading outcomes, pull results, or buyer’s remorse does not constitute grounds for a dispute

Any chargeback or dispute deemed illegitimate or abusive may result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination

• Blacklisting of associated names, emails, payment methods, IP addresses, and shipping addresses

• Cancellation of current and future orders

• Submission of all order records, delivery confirmation, and communications to payment processors and banks

• Recovery of disputed funds, fees, penalties, and administrative costs to the fullest extent permitted by law

AJ Collectibles LLC reserves the right to pursue civil remedies, collections, and legal action for fraudulent disputes or abuse of payment systems.

9. Anti-Scalping, Bulk Buying & Fair Purchase Policy

​

To protect collectors and ensure fair access to Products, especially limited, high-demand, or allocation-based items, we enforce strict anti-scalping measures.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, or address

• Cancel or partially fulfill orders suspected of bulk purchasing for resale

• Refuse service to known or suspected resellers, bots, or automated purchasing systems

• Void orders placed using multiple accounts or identities to bypass limits

Orders identified as scalping-related may be canceled without refund where permitted by law, and the customer may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Pricing fluctuations, market volatility, or resale profitability are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
